Havas Lynx appoints three creative directors
Havas Lynx has announced the appointment of three new creative directors to its Manchester-based team.
The first of these, Paul Kinsella, can boast more than 13 years of experience working for agencies such as Euro RSCG WNEK Gosper, Cheetham Bell JWT and BJL. In his last three years alone, his designs and concepts have won more than 30 awards.
Lou Shipley, meanwhile, has almost two decades of conceptual copywriting experience with agencies including McCanns, Tequila TBWA, Rapier and Ogilvy. She has worked with clients including Cancer Research UK, Save the Children and the Alzheimer's Society.
Finally, Phil Howells is a multi-award-winning creative director who has worked on campaigns for brands such as including Sure, John Lewis and Peperami, where he helped to launch the famous 'It's a bit of an animal' slogan.
Chief creative officer Tom Richards said: "Healthcare may not be known as a creative industry, but we're determined to change that. It's great to see so many high-profile and brilliant creatives recognise this and join our mission."
Mr Richards took up his post in April 2015. Since his appointment, the agency has taken on 24 new creative staff members, bringing the size of this team to more than 70 people.
