Haymarket Full Accounts Published Feb 2023
Haymarket’s most recent published accounts on Companies House are for the business year ending 30 June 2022.
The ultimate goal of Haymarket Media Group is to be the leading provider of accurate and high-quality information over a variety of mediums.
Total revenue for 2022 was 18% higher than in 2021, growing from £59.2 million to £69.7m. Over the same period, profit before tax also saw significant increase. In 2021, the company was making a loss of £1.2 million, but by the end of June 2022 they saw a profit of over £24 million.
The company’s Director has attributed the increased revenue to ongoing investments in digital channels. This has been employed to further broaden the range of revenue streams centred on prospects for sponsored content and value data.
However, the numbers do not take into account their live event productions, which have proven to be popular. Haymarket has made a jump from face to face to online as part of their changing events programme.
On a macroeconomic level, all business locations have been impacted by rising inflation. But the company has made sure there is enough finance on hand for investment and expansion.
