Headland wins corporate comms brief with Three UK
Headland has been handed a new corporate communications brief by mobile network Three UK, following a competitive pitching process.
The agency has been tasked with handling senior communications advice, press office support, corporate and financial PR and campaigns, with PRWeek reporting that the contract is worth a significant six-figure sum.
Headland was appointed through a four-round pitching process involving around 15 agencies, resulting from Three's decision to conduct a market review. MWW previously held the corporate comms account and has now ended its 11-year relationship with the client.
According to Three, it is seeking a different approach to comms and is keen to leverage Headland's strategic and creative thinking, considerable industry experience and its ability to deliver a full-service corporate and financial comms offer.
Dan Smith, partner at Headland, said: "The business is now in a fascinating new stage of growth and we're delighted they have chosen to work with Headland which, like Three, has been built to challenge the status quo."
