Hotwire wins European Coverity and MongoDB briefs
Hotwire has successfully pitched for six-figure European briefs from two technology companies and will now be tasked with raising their profile across the region.
The agency has won contracts with the software company Coverity and the database firm MongoDB, taking over both accounts from Lewis PR, reports PRWeek.
Its work with Coverity will be led by Hotwire senior programme director Gemma Rowlan and will see the firm working to elevate Coverity's reputation among senior managers in the UK and Germany by promoting the importance of software and good code to businesses.
Meanwhile, Hotwire associate director Kate Hamilton will take charge of efforts to position MongoDB as a challenger brand to firms such as Oracle, targeting technology business pages and the enterprise and national business press.
MongoDB is based in New York and provides back-end database systems for websites such as eBay, Foursquare and the New York Times.
This comes after Hotwire recently expanded its team with the addition of Steven George-Hilley and Claudia Bate as new associate directors.
