Huntsworth acquires Nucleus Global

Huntsworth has signed an agreement to acquire Nucleus Global, which will strengthen the group’s determination to enhance its healthcare offerings, and marks the second acquisition of the company under the ownership of Clayton, Dubilier and Rice.

Huntsworth, with the addition of Nucleus Global to the healthcare operating units of MediStrava, the Evoke Group, Huntsworth and The Creative Engagement Group, will provide biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies with the full suite of strategic guidance, market access, medical affairs, marketing services and stakeholder engagements across the whole drug development and commercialisation lifecycle of molecule to medicine, and all therapeutic areas.

CEO of Huntsworth, Paul Taaffe, stated: “The addition of Nucleus Global to Huntsworth creates one of the largest high science teams in the world to meet the increasingly complex needs of next-generation prescription drug development.
