Hyro and Gozio Health Collab on AI Communications

A new collaboration between Hyro, the industry leader in conversational AI for healthcare, and Gozio Health, a mobile customer engagement technology system, has been revealed.

Through the integration of Hyro’s conversational AI into the Gozio platform, consumers and healthcare professionals will be able to access high-quality omnichannel voice and chat services on their phones.

The collaboration will first be implemented among the shared clientele of the two businesses, such as Novant Health and Baptist Health. AI assistants will be available for patient-oriented activities, including renewing prescribed medication, thanks to the new Adaptive Communications Platform.

The collective aim of Hydro and Gozio is to eliminate accessibility obstacles for consumers by providing them with a broader selection of self-service offerings within a single, and simple location. They hope their new platform will help healthcare institutions to streamline everyday operations so that employees can give more of their energy towards more critical tasks.

Hydro’s Founder, Israel Krush, explained that “with burnout and staffing shortages so widespread in healthcare, any support we can offer to already overloaded contact centres is extremely valuable.”

Gozio’s Chief Product Officer, Lee Jones, described how “Hyro’s explainable, plug-and-play conversational AI tools will allow the healthcare providers we work with to curate the datasets that AI draws upon, save stretched operational dollars, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.”
