ICS to acquire United Medical Holdings

Independent Clinical Services (ICS) has announced it is to acquire the share capital of United Medical Holdings. Under its special resolution, a senior term loan facility of a maximum of 18 million pounds will be made available from NatWest to the company for this deal. ICS has a pool of over 20,000 qualified medical professionals through which it provides clinical staffing solutions.
