IKA Develops Pioneering Reactor Product EasySyn

IKA has developed a pioneering product for water- based and organic chemical reactions, it is the sole reactor product currently available where all parts can be sourced from the same place.

The EasySyn is marketed as an adaptable upscaling device, producing secure and repeatable chemical reactions while going from laboratory to process.

EasySyn’s distinct advantage is that that the bulk of its parts were created by the same company, ensuring flawless coordination.

An efficient and safe stand is a bonus feature to this, making it possible to operate in a relaxed position and simplifying the process of switching out vessels, lining up the stirrer, and discharging solution and temperature control liquid.

The vessels are twice as thick as the standard, ranging from 500-5000 ml in volume, so syntheses can be executed in a variety of quantities. A wide spectrum working temperature, excellent chemical resistance, and a vacuum potential of 25 mbar are all made possible by the components’ superior quality.

A valve is also present at the bottom which means all solution is removed from the reaction and there is a much smaller chance of the vessel shattering. All existing laboratory equipment is compatible with the reactor lid apertures.
