Ivoclar Group Axe 240 Employees in Restructuring Program

The Ivoclar Group, a prominent worldwide producer of comprehensive solutions for dental restorations, concluded the business year of 2023 with a revenue of CHF 856 million. 

In light of the difficult economic conditions, the organisation has declared its intention to initiate a restructuring initiative throughout the year. 

Ivoclar will continuously prioritize its strategic objectives and fundamental strengths, aligning with an extensive cost-cutting initiative, encompassing staff reductions across various Ivoclar sites. 

Approximately 240 jobs will be impacted by the reduction in the workforce. The company will endeavor to offer individualized assistance to affected employees. 

The head officer at Ivocular, stated, “We have an obligation to act in the face of this extremely difficult currency situation, the unfavourable geopolitical and economic developments, and the associated costs that have risen disproportionately.”
