Jurox to host UK Remarkable Rabbit Anaesthesia Roadshow
Jurox has announced plans to host a series of continuous professional development (CPD) meetings on the topic of rabbit anaesthesia over the coming months.
The Remarkable Rabbit Anaesthesia Roadshow will encompass a series of evening CPD meetings to promote best practice within the vet and nursing community, with topics including anaesthetic procedures, ways to reduce the risk of complications, and factors that make rabbits different to cats and dogs.
Contributors will include leading experts in rabbit anaesthesia, such as Ian Self of the Nottingham Vet School and Pride Veterinary Centre, Joanna Hedley of the Royal Veterinary College in Camden, and Jenna Richardson at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies.
A company statement said: "Jurox is proud of its investment in educational and best practice initiatives that help veterinary practices deliver the most up-to-date and comprehensive anaesthesia for their patients."
The schedule of meetings includes dates in Bristol, Kent, Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham and Southampton in November, followed by meetings in York and Northampton in early December. Each talk will start at 19:30 and will last for around 90 minutes.
