The outgoing CFO leaves just over a year since joining the organisation from Sensata Technology Holdings.

Mr Busenlehner has served in the role of controller since 2007, taking responsibility for key global accounting, financial consolidation and external reporting functions.
The firm's president and chief executive officer Joe Woody said: "Brian Busenlehner is a highly experienced finance professional, and I'm pleased to have him step into this role on an interim basis while the search for a new CFO is conducted."
