Keeler appoints new sales and key accounts manager for UK

Keeler has announced the appointment of Brian Moran as its new sales and key accounts manager for the UK.

Mr Moran, who has participated in the optometric and ophthalmic sales sector since 1990, has been promoted in order to help improve the medical technology firm's customer and dealer support.

The staff member began his Keeler career with work in Scotland and has since seen his responsibilities expanded to include northern England and Ireland, as well as the management of major accounts.

He is currently taking a business management course in order to enhance his contributions to the company's activities.

Mr Moran said: "It is exciting to work in the manufacturing and sales environment where I can have direct input into future developments."

In June, Keeler's parent company Halma reported record-breaking annual profits and revenue, as well as revealing that it has set aside 100 million pounds for potential future acquisitions.
