Ketchum Pleon named among UK’s top workplaces

Ketchum Pleon has been recognised as one of the leading employers in the UK by the Great Place to Work Institute.

The media agency's London office was ranked tenth in a list of Britain's 50 top employers, following an employee trust index survey and a culture audit management review.

Ketchum Pleon provides numerous initiatives to increase engagement among its workforce, including extracurricular activities, a Ride to Work scheme, knowledge-sharing sessions and a dedication to mobility and diversity.

This is the fifth consecutive year that the company has been included in the rankings, as well as being the first time it has entered the top ten.

Ms Lee has headed Ketchum Pleon since her promotion in February 2011, while Amanda Sefton was named the new managing director for healthcare in the same month.
