Lab M announces new staff appointments

Lab M has made a number of new appointments to its various teams in order to enhance its offering of specialist products and services to customers worldwide.

The company has invested in several specialists joining its research and development, quality control and sales teams, while the experienced industry veteran Melanie Patterson has joined the Lab M board as head of business development.

It has also expanded its export sales team and recruited a new account manager covering the northern region of the UK, thus strengthening its commercial capabilities both domestically and internationally.

More than 50 percent of Lab M's staff are now qualified to degree level or higher, underlining the expertise within its workforce.

Lab M's managing director Ian Morris said: "We are expanding our teams to ensure that we continue to develop both our existing portfolio and new products, and provide the customer support excellence for which we are renowned."

The firm has experienced strong growth since moving into its new headquarters in Heywood in 2013.
