Langland appoints new ethical business unit director

10th June 2014

Langland has announced the appointment of Michael Le Brocq, formerly of ICC Lowe, as its new ethical business unit director.

The newly-created role will see Mr Le Brocq become part of the growing Langland management team, a position that will leverage his extensive experience of healthcare sector communications.

At ICC Lowe London, he served as head of strategy and helped to provide strategic marketing and communications counsel to senior management and brand teams at global and country levels across Europe.

Mr Le Brocq has also held senior pharmaceutical marketing roles at Parke-Davis, Novartis and Stiefel and was formerly the commercial director and chief operating officer at Virgin Health Bank, developing the strategy for the first hybrid public-private stem cell bank in the UK.

Philip Chin, Langland's chief executive, said: "We are looking forward to him making a significant contribution, so that we continue to deliver best-in-category communication solutions to our clients."

This comes after the firm last month earned recognition at the 18th annual Webby Awards for an integrated campaign conducted on behalf of Idis, beating out 12,000 entries from more than 60 countries.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801727103-ADNFCR
