Langland dominates 2011 IPA Best of Health Awards
Langland has won a large number of accolades at the 2011 IPA Best of Health Awards, including the best of show prize for a third straight year.
The marketing agency was presented with three gold awards, 14 silver awards and 24 bronze awards on the night, with nominations earned in 41 out of the 95 total categories.
Its Questival website for Bayer was the winner of the best of show accolade for consumer/patient communication, as well as claiming a gold award.
Langland also picked up gold for its Ambisome campaign for Gilead and its film for Abbott's Hidrasec, with the latter additionally winning best use of illustration and a silver award in the patient film category.
Philip Chin, chief executive of Langland, said: "To have won the best of show award three years running felt like an incredible achievement, but to do it again really demonstrates a consistency of creative determination."
Earlier this year, the company won a record number of prizes at the 2010 Pharmaceutical Marketing Society Advertising Awards, surpassing the benchmark it established the year before.
