Liberation appoints new account coordinator

Liberation Communications has announced the appointment of Edward Mullin as its new account coordinator.

Mr Mullin, a qualified neurology expert, will work across a number of the agency's accounts to support the expanding team following another year of new business wins and the recent receipt of the Communique small consultancy of the year award for 2014.

He recently graduated from the Sheffield Institute for Translational Neuroscience with an MSc in clinical neurology and also possesses a BSc (Hons) in biomedical science from the University of Sheffield.

Kim Lemon, associate director, said: "He will be a valuable addition to our ever-growing team and we look forward to introducing him to the exciting world of healthcare communications."

This comes after the Creston Health-owned agency recently appointed Danielle Smith as a new account director, as well as promoting Vicky Smith to the position of account executive.

Liberation's recent strong performance saw it achieve a 14.7 percent rise in revenue during 2013, while achieving 100 percent staff and client retention.
