Lucid Group appoints six new team members

Lucid Group has announced the hiring of six new staff members in various account management and medical writing roles.

The addition of the six new team members brings the size of the company's workforce up to nearly 100, with the new recruits undergoing a comprehensive four-week induction programme to acquaint them with the agency's working culture.

Over the course of the four weeks, new staff are trained on Lucid's unique approach to programme development, while receiving an introduction to its different teams and departments.

The induction also includes a special lunch with the company's chief executive and chief operating officer, with a welcome party held at Lucid's London office. 

Jan Steele, chief operating officer of Lucid Group, said: "It is vital that all our new employees get to experience what makes Lucid such a unique and exciting organisation to work for, right from the start."

Lucid provides medical education services for some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, including GlaxoSmithKline, Shire, Pfizer, AbbVie, Roche, AstraZeneca and Biogen.
