Lucid Group has promoted Clare Reynolds to director of business development and commercial integration

Lucid Group has promoted Clare Reynolds, who has played a significant part in the business’s journey for almost twelve years, to director of business development and commercial integration.

Clare, who has a strong background in strategic pharmaceutical marketing, has played a vital role in expanding existing and new clients for Lucid. Clare’s promotion will enhance Lucid’s ability to improve health outcomes and build long-standing strategic partnerships.

Clare, who’ll report to Lucid Group’s CEO, Dennis O’Brien, will lead the implementation of new skills into Lucid’s teams and align the marketing plan to support and represent the firm’s purpose – recruiting new customers, businesses, and candidates in its journey to improve health outcomes and change lives – in addition to creating and implementing Lucid’s client strategy.
