Mahana Therapeutics Procures Cara Care to Develop Digestive Digital Health Portfolio

Mahana Therapeutics, a company focused on digital therapeutics for gastrointestinal conditions, has procured Cara Care, a digital health firm. 

The acquisition will offer a more enhanced digestive health platform, focusing on IBS and heartburn and has goals to extend to Tinnitus, and Vulvodynia. 

Following the procurement of Cara Care, the digestive health organisation will look to develop their portfolio, marketing to France and the UK as compensation for digital programs sees enhancements throughout Europe.
