McCann Complete Medical appoints new account director

McCann Complete Medical has announced the appointment of Jill Richards as an account director, responsible for client service and delivery.

Ms Richards joins the agency's Complete Medical Communications team and will be tasked with building and enhancing strategies and communications for the company's clients, reports PMLiVE.

She boasts more than a decade's experience in advertising and comms roles, having previously worked for agencies such as McCann Erickson and Havas Lynx.

Melissa Gerard, client services director at Complete Medical Communications, said: "She has worked on both pharma and consumer brands and so we hope to benefit from her knowledge and the slightly different perspective she will bring with her from that experience."

McCann Complete Medical is a specialist healthcare communication and consultancy group comprising a number of distinct agencies, including Caudex Medical, Complete Healthvizion, Complete True Life, Complete Clarity and Complete Regulatory.
