Medichem International rebrands Trigene Advance Dill
Medichem International has announced the rebranding of its Trigene Advance Dill fraganced high-level surface disinfectant.
The product, which has recently won approval from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), will now be marketed under the name Trigene Welfare.
Defra added the treatment to its list of suitable disinfectants for controlling animal diseases, provided it is diluted at a ratio of one to ten.
Approval from the government body has yet to be extended to other fragranced Trigene Advance varieties at the present time.
Last month, Medichem International revealed its Trigene Advance range had been added to the purchasing database of NHS Supply Chain, giving healthcare organisations the chance to order the disinfectant at the same time as other day-to-day products.
Rick Hayman, managing director of the company, said: "NHS Supply Chain reduces our administration and logistical challenges whilst providing a one-stop solution for ordering and fulfilment to the NHS."
