Metamorphosis Orthodontics bought by Bupa.

Metamorphosis Orthodontics, a private orthodontic practice in Fulham, established by orthodontist Dr. Neil Counihan in 2008, has been purchased by Bupa Dental Care.
Simon Hughes, MD of Medical at Christie & Co, the business property adviser involved, said: “Very rarely does a dental business of the quality of Metamorphosis become available for sale. Neil and the team have created a special clinic, and this was borne out by the interest shown by a number of prospective purchasers. Bupa emerged as the preferred buyer and Metamorphosis will complement its orthodontic portfolio perfectly.”
Dr. Counihan said: “I am delighted to have handed over the reins of Metamorphosis to a global dental provider. It has been a pleasure and privilege building such a fantastic team and I wish them and the many loyal patients all the very best.”
