Mobilis provides products at ‘successful’ school games

Mobilis Healthcare has announced the successful conclusion of the 2008 UK School Games, an event that aimed to replicate the Summer Olympic Games for young people.

The closing ceremony was held on August 21st at the University of Bath, with the flag being handed over to Wales, will host the event next year.

Mobilis reports it was an official sponsor for the games and supplied fully-equipped touchline bags during the events, in addition to first aid advice for injured competitors.

“The 2008 UK School Games captured the imagination and determination of the Beijing Olympics and raised the bar of providing competitive sport at the highest level for elite young athletes,” the company said.

It added that the event, organised by the Youth Sports Trust, aims to create a motivational and inspirational setting for young people to get them to participate and succeed in sport.
