MSLGroup’s UK health boss takes on expanded role

MSLGroup has announced a series of changes to its leadership structure, with the overall aim of enhancing its consumer sector offerings.

Avril Lee, the managing director of MSLGroup's healthcare practice in the UK and EMEA regions, has been appointed as acting head of its consumer practice, following the departure of Victoria Biggs to Trainline.

In the last six months, Ms Lee has helped to double the size of the healthcare team and earn new global client assignments. She will work with the consumer practice's senior leaders to support the team's continued success.

Ms Lee said: "I'm very much looking forward to leading a team that's already doing a great job driving commercial objectives for some of the world's largest consumer brands and clients."

Meanwhile, Amber O'Conner has joined as global and EMEA director to run existing and new accounts, bringing with her extensive experience of working with consumer health companies including Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson and Johnson, Merck and Pfizer.

Finally, Carson Gray Elias has rejoined the company to lead its UK luxury and lifestyle team.
