Munro and Forster appoints new healthcare head

Munro and Forster has announced the appointment of Stephanie Snow as the new head of its healthcare practice.

Ms Snow is a former freelance consultant who has previously worked with GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer, both in the UK and on an international basis, reports PRWeek.

In her new role at Munro and Forster, she will lead healthcare operations and will be tasked with developing its digital, market access and campaigning services.

This comes as the company seeks to strengthen its offering in this area, an initiative that has also seen it appoint Ben Hickey as its new head of brands and Neil Balmer to provide public affairs expertise.

Munro and Forster managing director Julie Flexen said: "These appointments will allow us not just to meet the current challenges of the changing environment our clients face, but to keep ahead of the trends on their behalf."

This comes in the same month that the agency was presented with the PRCA Health and Wellbeing Award, recognising its World Spirometry Day campaign for the European Respiratory Society.
