The company's Galderma division will continue to focus on dermatology under the new leadership of chief executive Stuart Raetzman, while a consumer skin health business has been created to focus on meeting skin health needs in the broader global marketplace.

Albert Draaijer, former senior vice-president for markets and franchises at Galderma, has been named as senior vice-president of the new consumer skin health division.

Nestle Skin Health has also placed Janusz Czernielewski in charge of medical affairs, with Cecile Dussart taking responsibility for manufacturing and technical operations, and Alain Jacot heading up the scientific division.

Meanwhile, Alain Kirsch takes charge of HR, Christian Matton will lead corporate general counsel activities, Peter Nicholson will spearhead business development and strategy, and Torsten Koster becomes chief financial officer.

Humberto Antunes, chief executive officer of Nestle Skin Health and chairman of the board of Galderma Pharma, said: "Our goal is to grow the number of people the company serves to over a billion within ten years … We are focused on enhancing the quality of life by delivering science-based solutions for the health of skin, hair and nails."ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801779284-ADNFCR
