New health comms agency Iris Life Communications launched
Iris Life Communications, a new boutique health and wellness communications agency, has been launched by two former Tonic staffers.
Ex-Tonic London managing director Stephanie Bunten has teamed up with Lee-Ann Cameron to create the new agency, which will be based in Shoreditch and offer convenient links to Liverpool Street and Old Street.
Its offerings will include international and domestic ethical PR, medical comms and consumer health PR, with an approach that combines an understanding of the medical science of health and wellbeing with the relationship science of interactions.
The team has already won a number of global and domestic accounts and hired several members of staff, with new employees currently being recruited.
Lee-Ann Cameron, founder and joint managing director of Iris Life Communications, said: "With our joint 30-plus years of healthcare communications experience, working across the spectrum of consumer health to big pharma, paired with our scientific backgrounds, we bring a high level of understanding, insight and creativity to communications initiatives."
Between the two founders, the new agency can boast more than 30 years of experience in working with blue-chip companies on high-impact health campaigns.
