Next 15 acquires tech PR agency Twogether
Next 15 has announced the acquisition of the tech-focused creative and digital marketing agency Twogether Creative Limited.
The 6.6 million pound deal will see Next 15 support Twogether's growth strategy, particularly in terms of its efforts to expand its presence in the US. Though based in the UK, 40 percent of the agency's 4.6 million pound revenue total for 2015 came from America.
Twogether's current client roster includes multinational technology groups such as Brocade, Intuit, Symantec, Veritas, Lenovo and Zebra Technologies. It also has a proprietary software-as-a-service offering in partnermarketing.com, which is used for channel marketing.
According to agency boss Kirsty Gilchrist, Next 15 was an ideal partner due to its proven track record in the technology sector, as well as the global support and infrastructure it can provide.
Tim Dyson, chief executive officer of Next 15, said: "Its digital offerings, software platform and client base make it very complementary to our other agencies. It is also a business that is looking to expand its US customer base, something we are well placed to help with."
