Nobel Biocare introduces new creos regenerative products

Nobel Biocare has announced the launch of new additions to its range of tissue regeneration and treatment planning products at an industry conference.

Attending the annual meeting of the Academy of Osseointegration in Seattle this week, the company has unveiled a number of new offerings, including a new creos allograft portfolio, which encompasses a full selection of regenerative solutions in three core products.

Particulate bone graft, demineralised bone matrix putty and a barrier membrane are all being made available, having already launched in the US. Clinicians will have the flexibility to choose the optimum solution depending on patient indication and personal preference.

The event also gave the manufacturer an opportunity to showcase its upgraded NobelClinician integrated treatment workflow, which offers new connectivity options.

Richard Laube, chief executive officer of Nobel Biocare, said: "From sinus floor elevation to socket preservation, ridge augmentation to periodontal defects, the new creos allograft portfolio gives clinicians the options they need to treat more patients better."

This comes after the firm launched creos xeno.protect, a new collagen membrane that represented its first entry into the field of regenerative products, earlier this year.
