NorthEdge Acquires Torbay Pharmaceuticals, Plans Set to Expand to the US

NorthEdge has acquired Torbay Pharmaceuticals, an injectable treatment production company, which was previously owned by the Torbay and Devon NHS Foundation Trust. With the help of Northedge, Torbay has expectations to develop across North America.  

The last six years have seen Torbay experience fast expansion due to a rise in demand for its sterile injectable product expertise on a large-scale.  

With NorthEdge’s support, Torbay will be able to further develop their workforce at their UK base, while also progressing their plastic production abilities and extending their presence in North America. The investment will also put Torbay in a strong position to adhere to regulations in the US and Europe.
