OPEN Health launches a new Learning and Development (L&D) team
OPEN Health recently announced that it’s launching a new Learning and Development (L&D) team, in aid to build high quality, personalised self-directed learning programmes. To do this, OPEN Health are integrating best-in-class expertise from adult learning theory, healthcare communications and medical practice; thus further expanding their current internal training offerings in the pharmaceutical industry.
With the new L & D offering, OPEN Health will be able to draw on the best practice in learning theory and develop confidence and competencies, as well as enhance scientific knowledge. All programmes are designed with blended learning technologies so clients can maximise their team’s potential and become credible partners across the healthcare community.
Managing Director at OPEN Health Learning and Development, Jess Ingram, stated: “We are very excited to build on our existing expertise in internal training with the launch of a team focused solely on the needs of L&D. The team offers a unique blend of expertise, which means we can deliver truly impactful training programmes”.
OPEN Health Medical Communications’ CEO, Rob Barker, stated: “Having a specialist L&D team will allow us to offer significant expertise to our clients in this area, whilst retaining close collaboration with our wider offering across medical communications, value informatics and evidence and patient and brand communications”.
