Owen Mumford appoints sales and marketing director

Owen Mumford has announced the appointment of Judith Charles as sales and marketing director, based at its head office in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.

As a member of the company's executive management team, Ms Charles will be responsible for leading the group's sales and marketing function, leveraging her proven business knowledge and experience.

Her career has spanned a range of disciplines including sales and business development, marketing and innovation. She worked for a number of years with the family-owned Swiss company Firmenich, while prior to this she was employed at RP Scherer.

Jarl Severn, managing director of Owen Mumford, said: "Judith's expertise together with her considerable international experience will contribute significantly towards developing our sales and marketing strategy, helping to put Owen Mumford in an even stronger position within this highly competitive medical sector."

Next week, the firm will be sponsoring the prestigious innovation category at the 2014 West Oxfordshire Business Awards, which will be taking place on March 14th. The company will also participate in the judging process.
