Oxford Gene Technologies makes ESHG microarray workshop available online

22nd July 2015

Oxford Gene Technologies has announced that a recent workshop it hosted on cutting-edge microarrays has now been made available online.

The presentation, entitled The Next Generation of Microarrays: Identifying a Broader Range of Genetic Syndromes Using Exon-Focused Array Designs, took place at the European Human Genetics (ESHG) conference in Glasgow last month.

With the workshop having proven popular among attendees, the company has now made it freely available to view online.

Viewers can hear the company's senior computational biologist Duarte Molha discuss advanced microarray design strategies, facilitating the delivery of exon-focused arrays for the accurate detection of small DNA deletions and duplications.

Dr Madhuri Hegde, professor of human genetics at Emory University School of Medicine also discussed how Emory University complements its next-generation sequencing workflows with the use of Oxford Gene Technologies' CytoSure Medical Research Exome array.

The ESHG conference also saw the firm launch its new CytoSure Constitutional v3 Arrays.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801795179-ADNFCR
