Parexel highlights success of DataLabs EDC solution

Parexel has highlighted the strong take-up of the DataLabs Electronic Data Capture (EDC) solution offered by its Perceptive Informatics division.

Since its introduction, the award-winning service has been implemented by 15 of the top 35 global biopharmaceutical companies to simplify their workflows and streamline their data analysis processes.

Moreover, it was recently ranked in an independent report from Industry Standard Research as number one in terms of overall satisfaction among principal investigators and site coordinators using EDC solutions.

Steve Kent, president of Perceptive Informatics, said the quality of user experiences provided by the system is helping to fuel further adoption.

"We are encouraged by the momentum that the DataLabs solution is experiencing in the market. This reinforces that Perceptive has an industry-leading EDC system," he added.

This comes after Perceptive Informatics announced last week that it has completed more than 500 system integration projects for the biopharmaceutical industry.
