Parexel launches executive briefings on proven practices

Parexel has announced the launch of an executive briefing series that provides healthcare companies with guidance on proven practices in clinical operations.

The forums are aimed at emerging and mid-size biopharmaceutical companies and will see Parexel's senior project leaders sharing expertise on operating models that can streamline protocols and programmes, while reducing costs and timelines.

Representatives from the biopharmaceutical services provider will offer customised solutions on how to meet specific short and long-term milestones, focusing on areas such as contingency planning, optimising patient recruitment and accessing real-time data.

According to the firm, these briefings will prove invaluable in a changing regulatory and economic environment that is creating new challenges for businesses worldwide.

"We're looking forward to bringing this executive series to biopharmaceutical companies to assist them in determining paths forward to realise tangible results," said Parexel chief operating officer Mark Goldberg.

Last month, the company announced a new partnership with UCB that will see it providing support for the drugmaker's clinical development services, thus improving its future growth prospects.
