Parexel launches new guide to ethnobridging
Parexel has announced the launch of its newly updated guide to ethnobridging in the clinical research sector, focusing on operations in the Asia Pacific market.
The latest edition of Accelerating Global Drug Development: The Science and Practice of Ethnobridging will once again provide pharmaceutical companies with guidance on tailoring medical studies to individual ethnic populations.
It will focus on accelerating development for the Asia Pacific market in order to reduce time and expense, thus reflecting the growing importance of these markets in global pharmaceutical strategy.
The book features scientific data on pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics that sheds light on these issues, as well as perspectives from multiple global healthcare regulators.
Lead author Dr Stanford Jhee, senior director of early-phase research at Parexel, said: "Asian markets, particularly Japan, China and Korea, offer tremendous growth opportunities for the biopharmaceutical industry."
In August 2011, Parexel was named one of the top five pharmaceutical industry outsourcing organisations by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.
We have hundreds of jobs available across the Healthcare industry, find your perfect one now.
