24th January 2011

Park House Healthcare has opened a new service and training facility for the north-west of England, which is located in Wigan.

The facility was inaugurated on January 18th 2011 and offers decontamination services and a rental fleet, in addition to a sophisticated training site that provides guidance on the latest developments in the sector.

Ray Hodgkinson MBE, director general of the British Healthcare Trades Association, officially opened the centre on Park House Healthcare's behalf, while more than 30 NHS managers also attended the ceremony.

It is to be the first of five new centre openings taking place in 2011 as the company seeks to expand its range of services across the UK.

Stephen Owens, managing director of Park House Healthcare, said: "This service centre for the north-west is another investment in the extensive support network we provide to our clients."

Last month, the firm hailed 2010 as a successful year, having achieved record sales growth and winning prestigious industry awards during the period.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-800360230-ADNFCR
