PerkinElmer to showcase new offerings at Analytica 2014
PerkinElmer has announced that it will be demonstrating a number of innovative new products at the Analytica 2014 industry conference, which takes place in Munich later this week.
The event gives the company an opportunity to showcase a wide variety of its latest technology offerings for environmental and life sciences laboratory professionals, including advanced detection and imaging technologies and various comprehensive services.
Among them will be the NexION 350 ICP-MS system, which features more than 100 engineering improvements, plus the Syngistix for ICP-MS laboratory software suite. Also on display will be the advanced AxION iQT mass spectrometry technology.
Additionally, the DairyGuard Milk Powder Analyzer, chemagic 360 Nucleic Acid Isolation system, TMA 4000 thermomechanical analyser and Titan MPS microwave sample preparation system will be featured.
Daniel Marshak, chief scientific officer at PerkinElmer, said: "With the comprehensive range of instruments, technologies and services that we offer to lab professionals focused on environmental health, pharmaceuticals, life sciences and biotechnology, we are pleased to be showcasing our capabilities to this global audience."
The firm also announced last week that it will be allying with Fudan University Shanghai Medical College to launch a new centre of excellence in China.
