Pfizer Animal Health announces investor relations appointment

Pfizer Animal Health has announced that Charles Triano is to join the company as senior vice-president of investor relations as of June 23rd.

Mr Triano, who has previously worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb and the Carson Group, said that he is “delighted” to join Pfizer.

He added that he is eager to share the company’s strategy of capturing new opportunities for worldwide expansion with shareholders and investors.

Mr Triano will report to chief financial officer Frank D’Amelio and will be responsible for all investor relations functions.

“As a seasoned investor relations executive who has earned the trust of the investment community and built a highly respected investor relations program, Chuck will be a clear asset to our company,” Mr D’Amelio commented.

He added that Mr Triano brings a deep knowledge of the sector and its regulatory environment to the firm.

Pfizer recently announced the appointment of Amy Schulman as senior-vice president and general counsel of the firm, effective from the same date.
