Philips launches RightFit service for patient care and monitoring

7th October 2015

Philips has announced the launch of its new RightFit service for patient care and monitoring solutions, designed to help drive improvements in care provision.

The new service agreement portfolio for patient monitoring and ventilation includes a broad range of multi-tiered support packages, allowing customers to tailor service to their individual capabilities and needs.

A range of modular options are available, with a range of new features designed to complement in-house biomedical teams, including parts-only contracts, first-level support from Philips engineers and remote dial-in support for IntelliVue PICiX Central Stations.

The purpose of this tailored service is to allow healthcare providers to maximise their return on investment and increase equipment performance and uptime.

Lee Moger, business and operations manager at Philips, said: "The new RightFit portfolio for Philips patient care and monitoring equipment offers more flexibility to healthcare providers to address their unique maintenance challenges and financial needs."

This comes after the firm launched its new on-demand ultrasound service offering in the UK earlier this year.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801802544-ADNFCR
