Procter and Gamble launches UK Marie Curie donations campaign
Procter and Gamble has commenced the next phase of its successful Marie Curie donations campaign, conducted in partnership with Superdrug.
The #FeelSuper campaign is now in its third year and sees every purchase of selected Procter and Gamble products at Superdrug – including the Oral-B, Olay, Pantene and Gillette brands – trigger a donation to Marie Curie, the UK's leading terminal illness charity.
The latest phase of the donations campaign runs from September 20th to October 17th, with the company hoping to reach a goal of 500,000 pounds in donations. So far this year, 432,000 pounds has been raised.
This represents an improvement on the 209,000 pounds raised in 2015 and the 366,000 total for 2016, with the figure for 2017 to date enough to fund 21,600 hours of Marie Curie nursing care.
Annemarie Muir, customer team leader for Procter and Gamble in the UK and Ireland, said: "We are delighted that shoppers continue to buy donating Procter and Gamble products at Superdrug, and have already raised so much."
