Procter and Gamble to webcast earnings results discussion
Procter & Gamble (P&G) has said it is to webcast a discussion between its executives, regarding the company’s second quarter 2008 to 2009 earnings results.
Set to take place on January 30th, the meeting will see the chairman of the board and chief executive officer AG Lafley in presence, along with chief financial officer Jon Moeller and senior vice-president and treasurer Teri List.
The company noted the webcast can be accessed on the organisation’s website and will be available for replay.
Earlier this month, P&G said it had reached a settlement of a lawsuit with a company.
The case was initiated by the group on December 12th 2007 against Fruit of the Earth, accusing the organisation of trade dress and patent infringement on its Olay Regenerist brands.
As a result, both parties have agreed to a consent judgement, which has also seen Fruit of the Earth agreeing to revise its product offerings.
Speaking at the time, P&G’s chief legal officer Steve Jemison said the company was “committed to developing and manufacturing branded products”.
He added: “We don’t make our Olay formulas or quality available under any store brand.
“P&G will continue to vigorously protect our proprietary formulas and the trade dress”.
