Publicis Healthcare adds new recruits via internship programme The Lab

Publicis Healthcare has taken on additional recruits via The Lab, a multi-agency internship programme that originally launched last year.

Following the success of the inauguration of the programme in 2014, the company has appointed Zoe Bishop and Xandria Carelse-Dutlow, who were selected from a pool of more than 300 applicants following an assessment day in September.

The scheme is the first of its kind in the health and wellness space and is designed to attract people from unconventional backgrounds to working in healthcare comms. Anyone over the age of 18 can apply, with judges looking for talent and passion, rather than formal qualifications.

Over the next six months, Ms Bishop and Ms Carelse-Dutlow will work across the four agencies that make up Publicis Healthcare in the UK, and will be offered full-time positions if the placements are successful.
