Randox Labs supplies diagnostic kits

Randox Laboratories is now supplying diagnostic kits designed for Dimension, Hitachi and RX Series analysers.

According to the firm, the diagnostics slot on to the analysers to provide an "alternative choice of reagent supplier".

The products are available in a variety of sizes and formats, depending on the customer’s requirements.

"Dedicated diagnostics are high quality reagents specifically developed and finely tuned to your analyser," the firm claims.

Correlations between patient samples "show excellent agreement between Randox reagents and other suppliers’ reagents," it adds.

In related news, the company announced last week that a "complete" range of diabetes tests is now available.

Randox supplies tests for glucose, fructosamine and HbA1c, in addition to tests for "complications" of the disease, such as total protein, albumin, microalbumin and creatine.

The company is based in the UK and aims to develop, manufacture and market its clinical diagnostic products around the world.
