Reckitt Benckiser adds three new agencies to global roster
Reckitt Benckiser has announced the addition of three new PR firms to its roster of global agencies.
McCann has been appointed to lead creative development on the Mucinex and Delsym brands, while Wieden and Kennedy has been tasked with determining the PR strategy for the Finish portfolio.
Additionally, Droga5 New York has been hired to head up creative development on Air Wick and Clearasil globally. Meanwhile, Havas WW retains the rest of the company's extensive product range, remaining a key agency partner.
The selection of the three new agencies follows an extensive review managed by Agency Assessments International, during which a number of PR firms were given an opportunity to demonstrate their strategic and creative thinking.
Heather Allen, executive vice-president for global category development at Reckitt Benckiser, said: "Creativity is at the heart of our growth strategy and we are very confident that we have the right partners to grow our brands."
During the first quarter of 2014, the company experienced year-on-year growth of three percent, with its net revenues rising to 2.39 billion pounds.
