Reynolds-MacKenzie joins Open Health group
Reynolds-MacKenzie is to become part of the Open Health group as it seeks to improve its service offering to its various healthcare clients.
The new arrangement will allow the agency to combine its strengths and capabilities with those of Open Health, a recently established joint venture organisation backed by Chime Communications.
Reynolds-MacKenzie was founded in 2004 by Alison MacKenzie and Eva Reynolds and has becoming a leading UK healthcare consultancy, winning industry accolades and contracts with major companies such as Pfizer, Roche and Merck Sharpe and Dohme.
No changes to the company's existing services will take place as a result of this move, while all of its existing contracts will remain in place.
Ms MacKenzie, joint managing director for the firm, said: "We see in Open the ideal partner with whom to take Reynolds-MacKenzie's business forward to the next stage of fulfilling its potential."
This comes after Open Health acquired Lane Earl Cox earlier this year, creating a newly rebranded agency called Open LEC.
