Roche to present new data on ten medicines at ASH 2018

Roche has announced it will be presenting new data for ten approved and investigational medicines across fifteen blood diseases at the 2018 American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting. It will include updated results from the phase III MURANO study evaluating venetoclax in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, and two phase Ib/II combination studies evaluating venetoclax in acute myeloid leukaemia.
Roche will also present initial efficacy and safety data from the first clinical trials for the investigational medicines mosunetuzumab and CD20-TCB for two novel T-cell engaging bispecific antibodies in non-Hodgkin lymphoma, data from the phase III GALLIUM study of obinutuzumab in previously untreated follicular lymphoma, and efficacy data from the phase II GO29365 study evaluating polatuzumab vedotin in combination with rituximab plus bendamustine, in relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. There will also be additional data from three pivotal studies of emicizumab in people with haemophilia A, with or without factor VIII inhibitors
