Sandoz acquires the Japanese business of AGI

Sandoz has recently acquired the Japanese business of Aspen Global Incorporated (AGI), as well as all shares of the company and its Japanese assets. The acquisition reinforces Sandoz’s strategy to expand its presence in the Japenese marketplace and hospital channel.

CEO of Sandoz, Richard Saynor, stated: “The successful completion of the acquisition of Aspen’s Japanese operations promises to significantly strengthen our position in Japan, a stable and growing market.
