Sandoz named among Europe’s top employers

Sandoz has been granted Top Employer Europe certification for 2018 by the Top Employer Institute.

The company has been recognised for its exceptional employee offerings in western Europe and Russia, following an assessment of its working environments, talent development programmes and efforts to continuously optimise employment practices.

A stringent research process was carried out to verify each company's performance, with all answers being independently audited. The award covers Sandoz's activities in Austria,  Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Russia and the UK.

This represents the second year in a row that Sandoz has received this accolade, and underlines the company's commitment to attracting and retaining the best candidates.
